The BSI is the german federal office for security in information technology. The BSI recommends Microsoft Windows 10 users to block various hosts using a proper method for more privacy. The so called telemetry servers have the following adresses:

weus2watcab02.blob.core.windows.net
weus2watcab01.blob.core.windows.net
vortex-win-sandbox.data.microsoft.com

Users can block these hosts using the additional hosts file of the Windows version of personalDNSfilter. Just add them using a texteditor, and restart personalDNSfilter. Searching Github users will find more hosts lists that will give them more privacy using Windows 10, but users have to be aware that blocking specific servers will or may break Microsoft services and update features.
